MaiKobe is a new style Japanese restaurant that serves Teppanyaki style dinner, fusion style Japanese cuisine and new style sushi as well.
Our head chefs Kengo & Hiro have over 20 years experience. Kengo Kato was born in Scarsdale, New York adn has worked at Marriot Marquis, Masa, and Chikubu, all of which are located in New York City. He also worked in Sakura in Toledo! Hiro Kubota was born in Fukuora, Japan and has worked at the Sushi Den in Denver, Matsuhisa in Aspen and both Masa and Chikubu in New York City! The two are a dynamic duo in the kitchen!
No matter if your visit here is for sushi or hibachi, your taste buds will certainly be stimulated by the wonderful food prepared by our expert chefs!
